Angry Miao Introduces the AM Infinity .100 R2, a 49 g Magnesium Wireless Gaming Mouse with a PAW3955 Sensor and a Hot-Swappable Battery
Angry Miao has introduced the AM Infinity .100 R2, an updated version of its hollow magnesium-alloy gaming mouse. The R2 keeps the original’s full-bodied 118 × 64.4 × 39.5 mm shape and 49 g weight, but moves to a PixArt PAW3955 sensor (up to 30,000 DPI, 750 IPS) driven by the second-generation AM Real8K Engine V2 controller, which Angry Miao says extends battery life by 80% over the previous generation, to a claimed 30+ hours at 8,000 Hz polling. Its 340 mAh battery is magnetic and hot-swappable in about 1.2 seconds, with the 2.4 GHz receiver doubling as the spare battery’s charging dock. Connectivity is tri-mode (2.4 GHz, Bluetooth and USB-C wired), the main buttons use TTC Orange Dot optical switches, and the PCB gains upgraded Nano Waterproof Coating Plus protection. It is listed at $159 (regular price $169) in Neon Rosa, Cloud White and Basalt Black.

Scyrox will release its V12 series on November 2, 2026 through its online store: two sizes of the same symmetrical, frosted-translucent design in orange, purple and red. The V12M (49 g, 122 x 62.69 x 38.31 mm) is aimed at hands up to 190 mm, while the V12L (51 g, 125.96 x 61.01 x 39.85 mm) is the larger shell. Both run a PixArt PAW Next I sensor with a Nordic 54H20 MCU, Kailh optical switches rated at a 100 million-click MTBF, a magnetic scroll-wheel encoder and polling up to 8,000 Hz over 2.4 GHz wireless from a 250 mAh battery. Each mouse ships with the redesigned Halo Interactive receiver, whose RGB modes can signal battery level, DPI, tracking activity or clicks, and Scyrox has also redesigned its web driver for remapping, DPI, polling, lift-off distance and sensor-angle settings. Prices start at $79.99; Scyrox has not stated a battery-life figure.
